Mithila Ballal – Registered Psychotherapist
Mithila has been dancing Bharathanatyam since age 4 and has trained under multiple teachers and Gurus. She has performed across India, USA and Canada. In 2019, she founded her dance school Ukti – Centre for Movement and Arts. She works with clients on various issues- Autism, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and Grief.
Caro Cloutier – Registered Psychotherapist
Caro is a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario CRPO. She has a private practice in Toronto, working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, fear, obsessive thoughts, relationship issues and grief. She uses a mindfulness approach to help her clients find hope and ease in their lives, guiding them to move forward into their futures with more confidence and openness. She works with a variety of approaches including expressive art, shamanic ceremony, breath work and more to support her clients’ journey.
Georgia Fullerton BA, ExAT Practitioner
Georgia is a professional mixed media artist and arts educator and graduate of the Create Institute’s Expressive Arts Therapy program. Her original artwork is held in public and private collections across the country and internationally. She is a member of the board of directors for OEATA Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association and The Robert McLaughlin Gallery in Oshawa. She is also a founding member of the Artistic Healing Collective and has taught in a variety of community settings.
Sheryl Gundry – Registered Speech-Language Pathologist and Expressive Arts Therapist
Sheryl is a registered speech-language pathologist and expressive arts therapist who works in the traditional unceded homelands of the xwmthkym Musqueam, Skwxw7mesh Squamish and Slilwta Selilwitulh Tsleil-Waututh nations. She is a certified expressive arts therapist through the CREATE Institute and offers in-person and virtual counselling arts therapy for individuals, couples and groups.
Sheryl’s approach is integrative, creative and holistic. She combines her expertise in the cognitive/linguistic domains of communication with an understanding of the neurobiological mechanisms that underlie emotional processing and development to help her clients find new ways to heal from trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, grief and other life struggles. She also integrates her knowledge of Indigenous trauma healing practices, dreamwork and trance work into her clinical practice.
